Recently, we have seen an influx of COVID cases among our Independent Living residents. To mitigate the risk of further exposure to the virus within our community, we have limited the movement between levels of living and postponed large group activities. We receive guidance from the Lifespace Risk Management and Health Services Clinical teams, the Ozaukee County Health Department, the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

How Residents and Team Members Can Help

  • Please stay home if you feel ill or if develop any symptoms of illness, even if your symptoms are mild.
  • Do not participate in communal dining or any activities if you are experiencing any symptoms, even if your symptoms are mild.
  • Stay up-to-date on your COVID vaccinations; please contact Natasha Bolz, RN, if you need more information about vaccinations.
  • We strongly encourage you to wear a mask while in the common areas of the community.
  • Maintain social distancing.
  • Practice frequent hand hygiene with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
