Is there an entrance fee for assisted living?

No. No entrance fee is required for assisted living or skilled nursing if you enter into Newcastle Place via these areas. You simply pay your monthly fee along with any additional costs one might incur for services rendered.

Is there a long term contract upon admittance to assisted living?

No. Admission to assisted living is a month-to-month agreement and can be terminated with an appropriate 30 day notice.

Are all assisted living apartments furnished?

No. Although some appliance items (microwave and refrigerator) and some amenities (window blinds, cable TV, and utilities) are included, residents are asked to bring in their own personal kitchen, living room and bedroom furniture.
