Restorative rehabilitation services could be just what you need to get back to living your life, your way. Get care in a modern, upscale setting from a team of dedicated rehabilitation professionals. We will work closely with you, your family, and your personal physician or medical team to create a care plan tailored to your needs.
At Your Service
Assistance with chronic disease management such as CHF, COPD, and diabetes
Occupational therapy to condition muscle and motor skills
Speech therapy for recovering articulation, swallowing, and memory restoration
Physical therapy to improve strength, balance, range of motion and endurance
Outpatient rehabilitation, available to those who require additional care after their inpatient stay
Individualized plans with care conferences to check progress
Everyone receives an individualized treatment plan that’s based on their unique rehabilitation needs, physician orders, and therapist recommendations. After you are admitted, we will provide the services that most appropriately align with your therapy team’s recommendations.
Both are similar in that they help restore strength and mobility. However, occupational therapy focuses on improving an individual’s ability to perform daily tasks. This is done through modifying the physical environment and using adaptive equipment and techniques to improve independence.
Before you leave, our team will create a plan that specifies any equipment needs and in-home services you may need in order to set you up for a successful return to your home.
Not at all! We accept admissions directly to our rehabilitation center.
