Newcastle Place is a member of Lifespace Communities, Inc., a non-profit senior living and care provider operating throughout the Midwest, Texas, and Florida.

Our mission is to create senior living communities that inspire and empower people to live out their dreams. We achieve this by providing a community that offers financial security and peace of mind with Life Plan, continual investments in our team members, and reinvestments into the community.

The Lifespace Foundation

Supporting Your Journey

The Lifespace Foundation has proudly served residents, their families, and team members since 1992. As the charitable arm of Lifespace, the Foundation is committed to enhancing our residents’ and team members' lives.

Support from generous donors—many of whom are team members, residents, and residents’ families—is the basis for the Foundation’s funds. This enables us to make an impact as we work toward fulfilling our vision of providing a superior living experience where each person thrives.

Nonprofit Community

Reinvesting in Your Community

As a nonprofit organization, Lifespace continually reinvests funds into its communities. These contributions are put toward capital improvement projects, expansions, and renovations. From growing to modernizing to renovating communities, these updates are completed to provide an updated, upscale living experience for our residents, to better serve resident families, and to help better equip our team members.

At Newcastle Place, funds were recently used to construct new homes, and award our first team member scholarship.

The Benevolence Fund

Committed to Care for Life

Every Lifespace community is committed to providing care for life for all Life Plan residents. This commitment is partially supported by donations made to the Lifespace Foundation’s benevolence fund. This mission reflects our dedication to our Life Plan residents and that if they outlive their financial resources through no fault of their own, their chosen community will continue supporting and caring for them for the rest of their lives.
